If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within one month of your purchase date to arrange a refund. Please note, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We are not liable for lost deliveries, so please use a recorded delivery service, like Royal Mail . We are unable to accept returns after this one month has passed.
Please kindly note: If the watch is returned to us in poor condition, a refund will not be issued and your watch will be shipped back to you.
We can only refund the bank account / PayPal account from which the purchase was made from.
We are unable to provide refunds for sim card credit. We supply sim cards for free, as we are kindly supplied sim cards for free from the networks. We offer £1 free credit on the sim card supplied. We ask that this sim card is tested before credit is applied.
Warranty.
Kids Tech offer a one year warranty on the watch battery only (if the watch fails to turn on). If there is a fault with your battery within 1 year of purchase date, we will either fix the watch, or offer you a replacement (in both cases, the watch will need to be returned to us first). After inspection, if a fault with the battery is detected, Kids Tech will offer a reimbursement to the customer for return postage. After this 1 year period has passed, the watch is no longer under warranty. We follow EU electrical guidelines closely.
Charging cables are not covered by warranty and can be purchased from our website.
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage (ie cracked screens, broken straps etc).
Please kindly note that our warranty does not cover, and we will not replace watches for the following:
Broken watch straps *
Lost screws *
Lost loopers *
Water damage
General wear and tear
Broken charging cables
Cracked watch screen (please note that we are unable to repair/replace cracked screens)
