We had a small issue connecting the watch to the app, but it was our fault. We have two Starlet watches for our twins. As many other parents have said, they do bring peace of mind. We don’t use the GPS tracking aspect much, we use the watches so we can phone our kids. The messaging feature is great too.

Such a cute watch! We managed to set up the watch with no issues. The battery lasts for a couple of days, which is twice as long as a cheaper watch I bought from Amazon. We did manage to break the strap after a week of having the watch (our fault) but Kids Tech kindly sent us a new strap. Planning on buying another watch for Christmas xx

Very quick and easy to set up. The watch took about 1 hour to charge, but after setting up and connecting to the app, we still had battery in the watch a couple of days later, and that was after calls have been made. The watch can message me and I can message the watch. We’re always in contact with our child.

Impressive! We decided to buy a Kidsnav for our daughter as we didn’t want to be tied down with a monthly subscription. We added £10 credit to the SIM card and 4 months later, we still have plenty of credit on the sim and we use the watch every day. We don’t make phone calls from the watch, but there is a messaging feature on the app so we’re always messaging my daughter when she’s out playing x

We’re so pleased with our watch. We were looking at another brand, but was put off by the on going costs. We’ve had our watch for 4 months or so now and we still have loads of credit left. After you’ve learnt how the app works (it doesn’t take long), you’ll soon realise that you’ll rely on the kidsnav watch alot. Our daughter wears hers when shes out playing with her friends and we can send a message to the watch when it’s time for her to come home. It also tracks her, so we always know of her location. These watches (and the starlet especially) comes very recommended

We ordered on a Wednesday and the watch was delivered on Friday for my daughter (who is 6). We love being in contact with Freya when she is out, or at her dads house at the weekend. We’re always sending messages to eachother and I think it gives her comfort knowing that she can contact me whenever she likes. The app is very easy to use once you’ve got the hang of it. I will tell my friends about this product and I’m hoping to buy a Ridge in July for my sons birthday.

Delivered early and set up with 10 minutes and excellent value for money. Was torn between a Kidsnav watch and Spacetalk, but the price of the Kidsnav was the deciding factor. It does everything I need it to do and it’s very reliable. Friendly customer service team
